The County hold records of all best performances per event.  You will find Senior and Junior records for each gender.

How do I apply for a record?  If you are a bona fide member of an affiliated club to the County and you are qualified to compete in the Swimming Championships and Age Group competitions then you can apply for a record at the time of performance.   Just fill out the form via the link and we will send this off to the team to validate the record.
